Crafting bath and body products from home, Granny Hen Soap Company is based in rural southern Illinois. My name is Sindy Hansen and I founded this company out of a vision to provide options for more natural, simple ingredient products that still offer fun, artistic designs and scents. 

While battling an incurable liver disease  years ago, I learned about how chemicals in our foods and body products can potentially affect our liver and body. I began seeking out products that were more naturally based.  Now I make my own!  (by the way, be a hero, be an organ donor!)

I handcraft my products in small batches with attention to high quality ingredients and formulations that give our skin and our senses what we need. I continue to learn more and experiment with crafting other products as well.
